Fernando Mendez has been in the Real Estate/Mortgage Banking industries for over 15 years. He started in 2003 as a Mortgage Loan Closer and served as a Mortgage Loan Officer from 2004-2006. After relocating from Little Rock, Arkansas to Northwest Arkansas he switched gears to the Title Industry as an Escrow Officer for 7 years. In January of 2013, he made his comeback to Mortgage Banking and has been there since.
He is a supporter of organizations that help children and families in their community such as United Way, The Single Parent Scholarship Fund of NWA, NWA Children’s Shelter and the EOA Children’s House.
His expertise includes working with First Time Homebuyers, Construction to Permanent lending, and FHA Lending. The most rewarding part of his job is helping customers make their home ownership dreams come true and building strong relationships with customers, referral partners, and members of our community.

Unfortunately, there is a reason for this. While we don’t sell your information, the credit bureaus we pull reports from (Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian) can and do. Credit bureaus have the right to sell your information to certain companies offering “pre-approved” or “firm” credit.
According to GoBankingRates.com, every time you get an offer in the mail for a “pre-approved” credit card, this is based on the information sold by one of the big three credit bureaus. This is very common practice and is legal.
